All desktop calculators are fake, so I had to make my own

Writing this article was not easy. On the face of it, this is a fairly unentertaining subject (building a calculator, the kind of exercise every computer science student has tried at some point in their education), and to make matters worse, it’s pedantically announced. But in the end, I believe this article really brings out some valuable features, highlights some enjoyable development stories, and provides an interesting experience, so bear with me!
