National Teddy Bear Day – El Paso County and the Department of Social Services will be accepting teddy bear donations to benefit DHS Children through Wednesday. Donations can be dropped off 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the El Paso County Centennial Hall, 200 S. Cascade Ave.;
