20 Year Limited Edition Specialty Swag
The town of Goleta’s 20th anniversary celebration is just a week away on Saturday, March 5, and community members are welcome to grab a chair and picnic blanket and join in the festivities, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Rancho La Patera and Stow House, 304 N. Los Carneros Road.
At the event, the city will debut its special limited-edition 20-year swag: t-shirts, hats, mugs, and tote bags emblazoned with the City of Goleta 20-year logo.
Some of the loot will be part of a raffle at the end of the event (winner must be present). Other awards are from Elubia’s Kitchen, Fairview Gardens, Ice in Paradise, Woodstock’s and Zodo’s.
The event program includes:
Live music by the Salt Martians (Bluegrass) and The Numbers (Rock and Country)
Performances throughout the day including Dos Pueblos High School Theater Company and Junior Spirit of Fiesta
Birthday toast with sparkling cider, lemon buntini and special tributes
Community mural signature
Photo station to remember the day
Tractor rides at Ranch Yard and train rides next door at Goleta Train Depot (free thanks to Goleta Valley Historical Society and West Bank Community)
Food available for purchase at AR Catering and Elubia’s Kitchen
Lemonade and adult beverages for purchase in a souvenir mug
Meet new additions to the Stow family, baby goats Ida and Nellie, and Sherman the rooster
