Windsor’s 2022 garbage and recycling collection schedules are now being distributed after a delay, the city says.

A printing problem hampered the timely delivery of the calendars. Residents are asked to be patient as calendars arrive in the mail.
Residents who have not received a calendar by April 30 are asked to contact 311.
There is no change to the designated weekly collection days, the city says, “but there is some new information to appreciate.” For the ‘tech savvy’, information is available on the Recycle Coach app, on the city collection schedule webpageand through the MappMyCity garbage collection application.

The collection calendar is valid from April 1 to March 31, 2023 and serves as a reference tool. It lists garbage, recycling and yard waste collection days, and provides information on waste preparation requirements, how to dispose of needles or loose items, why your garbage may not have been collected, and more.
